Day 19- Behind Closed Doors

I baked a lasagna today. I got it all ready and let it sit for about 45 minutes in a hot oven. I opened the door to check on it and then it ocurred to me that whenever I open the door it is letting out heat, which will require more energy to regain the baking temperature. I have a bad habit of doing that when I bake. From now on, I will use the oven light to check on my food rather than opening the door.


P.S.- the lasagna turned out great.
