Day 8- Plug It In

Friday, January 8, 2010
I live in Saskatchewan. Winters here are ridiculously cold. Apparently, it is supposed to warm up significantly this weekend. With that in mind, when we got home late tonight from an evening out, we decided not to waste the energy required to plug in our car. Let's just hope it'll start tomorrow. And hey, if it doesn't, I will be helping the environment by just staying home and not using any fuel. :)

From now on, I'm not going to plug the car in unless it is necessary.

Hi, I found your blog and it caught my attention. Its really interesting and I love the way you want for this 2010. Going to be green this whole year would bring you a different experience. I would try that also thank you for the green idea! Oh well you might also like this, do you have a stainless steel food stacking container? If you don't why don't you try it? It's also good for going green because stainless steels are more safe, long lasting and convenient to use. You may visit the Happy Tiffin so that you can see how amazing and stylish the stainless steel container they are offering. Thank you!

Thanks rObrak- I will check it out! All of my food containers are plastic right now (*shudder*) but I will certainly look into this when it comes time to replace them!
